I had a great virtual visit with Dr. Siewic (I think that's how his name is spelled) & he was very informative about my condition. He was attentive and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Prior to speaking with him, and on prior visits, all the doctors and nurses were very helpful and kind. I tell everyone how much I love the staff at IU Health.
I spoke to the receptionist Hanna and she was so helpful. Thankfully she had the time to listen to the complications I've been dealing with for 4-5 years. I really appreciate her taking the time to record my concerns and context for the doctors. My only critique is that my medications on file with my local IU Health Office (PD in another city) is not available for this office to see or review before my initial appointment or talking to a NP. Hanna is amazing and I wish all receptionists were as understanding and diligent as she was during our call.

This visit was a second opinion and i was not disappointed. Dr Woo is such a great doctor. Merissa checked me in and was so friendly. NP Tori was also amazing. For the first time in years i have hope for recovery. Thank you all
I am always very pleased with the way I am treated. The professionalism, friendliness, kindness, always with respect. All that takes care of me always treats me the way I want to taken care of.. The best possible!!!!
The best set of nurses/NP that I have experienced. They all actively listen and do not rush you out for the next pt. They explain everything in ways you can understand. I would recommend this group of healthcare professionals to all.
