Custom plumbing was the first company to call me back when I needed help. The technician that arrived, Andrew Marquez, was professional, courteous, and easy to speak with. He reassured me that he could get things resolved quickly and at a reasonable price, which is rare these days. Andrew kept me informed at every stage of the project, made himself available for follow up questions and worked hand in hand with the restoration company to fix my plumbing and subsequent water damage. I have worked with several plumbing companies, but none of them came close to providing this level of client focused service. I will always call Andrew for this home, or any home in the future.
I recently had a backup in my home and turns out it was a little more work then expected. But throughout everything I’ve had nothing but the best experience with the whole process From Christian and Miguel coming in and inspecting everything to all the guys coming through and completing the job very well! The whole team was full of nothing but honest and hard working guys! They definitely deserve the recognition and have 100% got my recommendations to anybody that needs work. To the guys that did the job being Miguel, Alexis, Jr, and Oscar! All of them treated me and my home amazingly and the amount of reassurance and the amount of dedication and pride that they take in their work is beyond amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge shoutout to Custom Plumbing of Arizona! My toilet and shower were both clogged, which meant my bathroom had officially declared war on me. Thankfully, JR and Oscar came to the rescue. These guys were determined to win the battle. They even brought out the big truck to flush and route the line until everything was finally clear. They didn't quit until the job was done right. The service was impressive from the very beginning. I barely had time to submit my request on Angi before the wonderful lady in the office was already calling me to get everything scheduled. JR explained every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening. He and Oscar were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. The best part? I can finally shower again without wondering if I'm about to create an indoor swimming pool! If you need a plumber, call Custom Plumbing of Arizona and hope you get JR and Oscar.
