Marc & his team were outstanding to work with. Kudos to Nick & his construction crew, they were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, reliable, honest, kind and quickly became part of the family. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother or a more beautiful renovation to be our master bathroom.

We worked with Fairchild Renovations for a major kitchen renovation and could not be happier with our experience and the final results. From the beginning, Marc was extremely thorough to ensure the team could provide us with the new layout we wanted. Nick, our project manager, was absolutely fantastic. He was communicative, thorough, and made sure the project stayed on track so it would be complete prior to us welcoming our first child. This was my first time going through a large renovation, and I had full trust in Nick and team that they had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend Fairchild Renovations and we will work with them, specifically Nick, for all of our future projects and needs.

Fairchild Renovations came highly recommended to us and now we know why. From our first meetings with Paul, Braxton and Zach, we were positive that this was the right company to choose. Our goal was to turn our attic space above the garage into a family room that we could enjoy. This space was built with trusses and was not designed to be made into a room so we knew it was going to be a challenging task, but Fairchild said they could do it and they did. From these pictures you can see how difficult it was. We couldn’t be happier with how the room turned out. All their employees were so professional and made us feel comfortable while they were working in our home. We appreciate the great work that they all did. Derek, Pat, Mitch, Guy, Jeff, Mike, John, Nick. (Hopefully I didn’t miss anyone) Thanks Mark for building such a great company!
