Best stay you can get in any and every concept. Location is wonderful with a great rooftop night club bar view along with a great convenience store across the street for a decent price of everyday necessities while you travel. A five to seven minute walk from the hotel doors is a great selection of unique places to eat, and if you need something in the middle of the night whataburger isn't more than a couple minute drive from the hotel. There are great museums near as well. The staff was all wonderful and patient and nice, security was great and on point at all times. The fitness room they had was good enough for anyone needing to stay active on their stay or even get a good workout in with a cable machine treadmills and other full body cardio machines along with dumbbells of many different weight preferences. cleanliness was what is to be wanted and needed. not an issue at all in anyway with my room, from the carpet to the bed to the bathroom everything had the fresh smell and look needed to enjoy your stay. The only bad things I can say if I looked for some is that there is almost always a smoke smell right outside the hotel doors because there is someone smoking right outside on the bench by the doors from time to time. On Saturday night the club/bar on the roof does seem to get a little too loud if you are planning on going to sleep early on that day, but if I remember correctly the club closes around midnight too two in the morning. But other than that everything else was great.
My very first trip to Arizona and as soon as I entered this hotel I was greeted with a very warm welcoming from the front desk receptionist Rose 🌹 She was full of vibrant energy and big smiles. The hotel itself was clean & peaceful. I enjoyed my stay everyday. The amazing rooftop atmosphere was the icing on the cake. 10/10 Everything was perfect. Thanks again Rose for making my stay delightful. Will be visiting again!

Upon arrival, the hotel was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. I loved all of the wall art and decor displayed throughout the lobby area. My check in went very smoothly, thanks to Yousef, who was very helpful after a mishap with my reservation. He was very accommodating, patient, and hospitable. I will absolutely be returning.
My stay here wasn’t the best. I came in town because I was taking the Bar Exam this past weekend and I chose this hotel because it was a walkable distance from the Phoenix Convention Center where the exam was being held and it was reasonably priced with decent reviews. My first night there I took a shower and while me eyes were closed because I was washing my face, I suddenly felt a huge slam against my shoulder and was pushed into the shower wall and I fell to the ground. Once I got the soap out my eyes I realized the shower door collapsed on me. I was able to squeeze out the shower through an opening the fallen glass door created, I called the front desk immediately crying and they didn’t even answer until the 4th or 5th call. When they FINALLY answered and I told them what happened they offered to switch rooms (not an upgraded room by the way). At the time, I tried to push it off because I had to take the bar exam the very next morning and was already extremely stressed over that. When I woke up that morning my shoulder was killing me and I felt it though out the whole exam which was very distracting. When I came back from the exam a manager said the staff informed her of last night and asked if I was okay and I tried to brush it off and say my should was in pain but “I’d live” because I really just wanted all my thoughts and energy towards the exam instead of causing a scene or conflict. She didn’t even offer anything to rectify the situation. Later on that night a front desk employee asked about my conversation with the manager and if she offered me anything. When I told her no, she expressed genuine shock and went ahead on her own behalf offered me a free breakfast and dinner (which wasn’t technically free because they still had me partially pay for because I went $5 over there $25 limit on an already expensive menu). I guess they felt after everything, I somehow deserved to have to pay the extra $5. I ended up purchasing ibuprofen for the pain for the second day of the bar exam and that helped temporarily, but at as soon as it wears off, I feel the pain in my should again. Definitely getting it looked at as soon as I fly back home. I’m just grateful the glass impacted my shoulder for the most part instead of hitting my head. The rooms itself were nice and clean, just wished the staff would’ve cared to do more for situation.
First time staying. Felt warmly invited and attended to by staff . Check in was efficient. Nice lobby and snacks available. Room on 4th floor with nice view. Bed abit too soft for me but linens clean and comfortable. My only wish , that I would've loved and highly recommend are robes in the room. For the cost, you'd expect this. I liked the decor in room and building but the stickers in the elevator,no. I'm an artist ,but no on dirty stickers covering elevator walls, it cheapened the image totally. Everything about the room was fine. Great walking shower and gorgeous bathroom with plenty of hot water. I'd definitely stay here again. Please keep decent prices , as I see it's not worth 800. Which is today's cost Thank you !
