I recently contacted Jordan with Eco Temp HVAC for a service call to troubleshoot an air handler issue, and I couldn't be more impressed. They responded incredibly quickly, which was a huge help given the situation Jordan was fantastic to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping our mutual customer. He went above and beyond the scope of the original service call to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Excellent communication, prompt service, and outstanding customer care. It was time to upgrade to a new AC and we shopped around for the best solution. We found it with EcoTemp HVAC. I appreciated the quick and professional evaluation of our unique situation and a clear understanding of what we were looking for in a new system. Jordan matched us with a ducted Mitsubishi Hyper Heat heat pump and installed it keeping our needs in mind. The team ordered everything needed ahead of time and had a strong plan of work before they arrived. They were always early and kept the house clean as they worked. They even fixed something that they noticed didn’t look right with our water heater! Communication through the process was A+ and most importantly, the Mitsubishi heat pump works great! Once the set point in the house is reached we hardly even notice that it’s on while keeping the house consistently cool. It’s never fun to replace a critical system in your home but EcoTemp made it easy. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Eco Temp HVAC. They were very professional from start to finish and did an excellent job. The technician was knowledgeable, took the time to explain exactly what the problem was, and completed the repair efficiently and professionally. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and the overall service. I highly recommend Eco Temp HVAC to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional HVAC service.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other homeowners should know about my experience. We hired this company to install a radiant floor heating system and asked that it be integrated with Ecobee thermostats so one thermostat could control both the radiant heat and the air conditioning. Unfortunately, they were unable to make that work. After spending considerable time trying, we ultimately agreed to a compromise of using separate thermostats for the radiant heat and the AC. Although this wasn't the solution we originally wanted, we accepted it and paid the invoice in full. Initially, Jordan gave us the impression that he was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and would stand behind the company's work. I genuinely thought we had found an HVAC company we could rely on for years to come. Because the installation was completed outside of the cooling season, we couldn't fully test the air conditioning until the weather became warm enough to use it. When we finally turned on the AC, neither unit worked properly. Jordan came out and discovered that one Ecobee thermostat had been miswired. He corrected the wiring, and that unit began working. However, he could not determine why the second unit was not working. Before leaving, he told us he would return within a day or two to continue troubleshooting. It has now been more than a week. We have called the company's call center multiple times, and every time we are told our message will be forwarded and someone will call us back. Despite our repeated attempts, we have never received a callback or been able to schedule the promised follow-up visit. We even asked to speak with a manager or another owner, but were told that information could not be provided. What disappoints me most is not that there were installation issues—those can happen on any project. It's what happened afterward. Once the final payment was made, it became nearly impossible to get anyone to respond or honor the follow-up that was promised. A warranty only has value if a company responds when customers need service. I truly wanted this company to be our long-term HVAC contractor. Instead, based on my experience, I was left with an unresolved HVAC issue, repeated unanswered service requests, and the feeling that the level of customer support changed after payment was received. I hope they improve their communication and follow-through, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
Shawn was amazing! He helped install our new AC compressor last year and we had a moisture issue this year after the heavy rains and he came out same day and fixed the issue swiftly! Would highly recommend this company for their promptness and thoroughness!
