I was referred to Jeremy and New Heights Roofing yesterday after noticing some spots of discoloration on our ceiling. Immediately any homeowner’s thoughts go to fearing a new roof will be needed. I called yesterday and spoke to Jeremy, who immediately made space on the schedule and sent Jordy Collins out to inspect and troubleshoot. Luckily it was a bad flashing around a radon pipe, and an easy fix. He was on time, thorough, honest, and communicative. His service reflects a great company and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Jordy and New Heights to anyone I know.
New Heights did a great job for us. It was simple, just one window replacement. Reasonably priced and solid job upon completion. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it did take 3-4 weeks longer than expected to get the job done. However, they were very attentive and communicative with me during the process and they gave us some great swag a few days after the job was done!! We will definitely use them again in the future.

I couldn't be more pleased with the job that new heights roofing company did for me on replacing my old roof system. They removed too old shingle layers and replaced them with GAF Timberline hdz shingles, which were recommended by Jesse who helped me decide on a shingle color. The installation crew were exactly on time, did an absolutely great job, were very skillful, and very fast. I was surprised at how quick the job was finished and done properly, which it was. There was no mess afterwards the cleanup was done very well. They have my highest recommendation.
I was in a real pickle because the original roofing company I hired tore off all of my siding and downspouts, and then left me in limbo for over three months and never returned. New heights was able to squeeze me into their very busy schedule and finish the job better than I ever could’ve imagined in a very short period of time even before Christmas, which was amazing. I am so happy with the finished result and so thankful that they were so great.
If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy roofing company, I can’t recommend Jesse Blaine with New Heights Roofing enough. Jesse took the time to thoroughly inspect our entire roof instead of rushing through the appointment. He explained everything clearly, gave us honest feedback, and never once tried to sell us work we didn’t need. It’s refreshing to find someone who genuinely puts the customer first. He even went above and beyond by clearing balls out of our gutters while he was here and provided excellent referrals for other services we needed. That level of customer care is hard to find these days. From start to finish, Jesse was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely kind. If you want someone who will treat your home like it’s his own and give you straightforward advice you can trust, call Jesse. We would recommend him to anyone and will absolutely use New Heights Roofing again in the future.
