Had a wonderful experience with J&J plumbing. From first call through completion of repair everything went great. Fast service, friendly people throughout the interaction. Chase B. and Nigel were awesome. Did the repairs fast, well, and answered any questions along the way. Nobody ever wants to deal with plumbing issues but J&J is now on speed dial if I need any.
I had an emergency situation when I noticed one of my dogs kept going to the same spot outside. When I walked over, I could hear water running before I even saw anything. I went into the basement and found water spewing everywhere from a split pipe connected to our outdoor spigot. I immediately shut off the main water valve and called J & J Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric. They were able to dispatch David C. to my home in LaGrange, Ohio the same day within a few hours. David was extremely professional, friendly, and patient. He explained everything in detail as he assessed the situation and showed me where the pipe had split in multiple places, even though we had turned off the shutoff and removed the hose well before winter. He didn’t have PEX on his truck that day, so he safely capped the PVC pipe so we could turn our water back on and scheduled a return visit to complete the permanent repair. When he came back, David replaced the damaged section with PEX to allow for better expansion if freezing occurs, installed a much better shutoff valve, and even relocated the pipe farther inside the house to reduce the risk of this happening again. He confirmed there were no leaks and waited to make sure everything was working properly, which gave me real peace of mind. He wore boot covers every time he entered the house, kept the area clean, and was very respectful of our home. Pricing was explained upfront with full transparency. While they may be slightly higher than some, the quick response, professionalism, and quality of work absolutely made it worth it. I would definitely call J & J again and highly recommend David C. and their team.

We contracted J&J to replace or very old fire hazard FPE main circuit breaker panel. Ryan did an excellent job working through the rat’s nest of wires and removing the circuits that were no longer required. You can see the before and after pictures attached. Ryan was very professional , polite, and very good at his job. I highly recommend J&J and Ryan both!
My shower faucet has been leaking for a few years out of the set screw hole- fixture set screw was embedded and wont come out to get the root cause of the leak. I finally decided to get it fixed and called J&J plumbing. I'm very pleased with my choice of J&J as Doug B and Jon K were on time, very professional, informative and efficient from end to end of the process. The first visit, Doug B accessed the situation and explained it all in details I could understand. They returned two weeks later on time as scheduled, with the ordered parts as the fix was more more extensive than I thought. No confusion and no issues, just simply did the job as quoted and written. The faucet is now working with no leaks as expected. Will for sure use and recommend J&J and Doug B for future plumbing repairs.

What really stood out, though, was how kind and personable he was—not just with me, but with my puppy! The two quickly became best friends, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
