Spoke to the owner and he said this is normal $4,000 for a job that the employee said that would only take an hour and a half if they'd had the parts and the parts couldn't have been but about $500 but we were charged $4,000 to my 81-year-old mom an elderly that's on a fixed income who this company took advantage of. Look at the pictures the before and after that I'm posting this company is a rip off be aware. They sat and waited on parts for two hours. They may be installed a 3-ft piece of pipe. Even the neighbors looked at it and says wow you got ripped off.
We are so thankful for Pristine Plumbing who replaced our drain pipe. They did an excellent job and the Scott and his crew were wonderful. They were professional and friendly. They explain every step and answered the questions we had. I will definitely call them again.

We had David from Pristine Plumbing out to install a water softener system and run plumbing for a washer in our basement — he came out the same day and got it all done efficiently. From start to finish, the experience was great. Sam was fantastic as our initial contact, making the quoting process easy and straightforward. David then came out same-day, communicated clearly throughout, and the work was done right at a fair price. It’s hard to find a plumber who checks all those boxes. Update: We’ve now had them out twice more and they keep earning it. Brandon and Alex installed a p-trap on an upstairs shower that was missing one — not a simple job, but they handled it no problem. That went well enough that we had them back to install a sump pit and pump in our basement. On time, cleaned up after themselves, walked us through everything, and told us to reach out with any questions. The install looks clean and professional. At this point we just call Pristine when something comes up. Highly recommend.
Had another plumbing company come out they couldn’t find anything. So I called Pristine Plumbing they had Alex come out. Very nice and knowledgeable be checked everything twice finally found toilet was not shutting off . Now I will say I would call them again.
We had a kitchen faucet that needed replaced. We purchased one from Lowes for installation. The plumber showed up and charged us $69 for knocking on the door and discussed with my wife on what was needed done. He done his calculation and said to instsll the already purchased faucet only it would be $890. 😲. So my wife declined the service, so she paid the $69 and he left. Thinking there must have been some kind of mistake, she called Pristine and was assured that the $890 was accurate. I will never recommend Pristine to anyone, as a matter of fact if someone asks I will make sure to suggest not to use Pristine
