Anchor Point was highly recommended to us and they lived up to the hype! We just purchased our first house here in Chicago and were concerned about the condition of our roof. We knew our sunroom had experienced significant water damage over time and discovered some soft spots on the roof. Anchor Point came out for a free inspection and confirmed that our sunroom roof needed to be replaced (but the rest of our roof was in good shape! Whew!) They answered all of our questions and worked with us to schedule around weather interruptions. Their communication with us was EXCELLENT. My contact person, Ever, kept me updated with shipping details regarding the materials and photos as the project got started. They completed the project in about 6 hours start to finish. We love our new roof and look forward to working with Anchor Point again when we eventually replace the rest of our roof.
From start to finish other than the weather slowing things down the job went on as scheduled. Jim and Ever and the entire Anchor Point crew were fantastic. I never expected to experience this level of customer service for my roof repair in Chicago. Excellent communication before, during, and after the work. Great use of tech and tools to help frame the issues with my roof, share repair options, and show the final work. The team was hard working, respectful, did an excellent job on the roof, and also kept to the promised timeline. I selected Anchor Point because my neighbor used them and raved about them, and I would tell anyone else considering a roof repair or replacement to go with Anchor Point.
Anchor Point Roofing repaired my chimney flashing. They were easy to contact, came out quickly to inspect and provide an estimate, then were able to fix the issue promptly. Navigating the 3-Week January 2026 Cold Spell: Managing a roofing project during a Chicago winter is a major challenge, especially during the extreme three-week January cold spell. Throughout this brutal stretch, Sara was fantastic--she stayed in constant contact, monitored the weather closely, and scheduled the crew the moment it was safe and permitted for the work to proceed. On-Site Project Management: Anchor Point's on-site project manager, Ever, did an amazing job overseeing the execution. Professional Work Crew: The onsite crew--Jesus, Miguel, and Cristopher, who made a point of introducing themselves--did an outstanding job. There were several other team members I didn't get a chance to talk with directly, but their collective effort was evident in the high-quality results. They were all respectful of the property, and the cleanup was spotless--not a stray nail left behind. Comprehensive Post-Job Documentation: After the repairs were finished, they provided a final gallery with over 100 before-and-after pictures. Seeing the completed work--including drone shots!--matched against those initial chalked defects Paul identified provided absolute peace of mind.
