J Sewer and Plumbing was responsive and had someone out within 24 hours. Jose M. showed up on time and was experienced, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He explained his findings clearly in layman's terms, which gave me great confidence in his ability to fix my slow kitchen drain, and he offered helpful recommendations on other plumbing issues as well. He worked carefully and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. Jose M. did a great job and I highly recommend him as a technician.
After experiencing many unexpected plumbing issues as first-time homeowners shortly after moving in that were not identified in our inspection, J Sewer & Drain has been a significant help to us through their professionalism, expertise, and flexibility. Not only did they fix our various sink and shower leaks as well as update our entire plumbing stack to prevent flooding in the future, but at every step of the way they worked to find the best solutions that were the most cost effective and least invasive for us. This was true even when we ran into unexpected issues based on how the house was constructed and previous bad DIY repairs. After the work was completed, the indoor areas were left very clean with little disruption. For the work outside, although they had to excavate the front lawn and backfill the hole, they preserved as much of the landscaping as possible and even took the care to replant one of our small trees when finished. Overall, we were relieved to have such a positive customer experience after all the issues we had post-closing on our home, in particular with Jose and John. They were very communicative when there were delays and were able to complete the large project in a timely manner.

Milton was professional, arrived on time, gave me choices with estimates on what to do, and ended up completing what I asked for, at a price lower than the estimate! It turned out one aspect required less work, and he was honest enough to report that. The work was excellent. Very satisfied.
J Sewer and Plumbing was extremely helpful and professional. I discovered a leak in my private residence in Lincoln Park. J Sewer sent someone out within a day or two. John was very friendly, trustworthy, and communicative. He accurately diagnosed my issue and advised me on the solution. While John was in my home, I also asked him some other questions and he was very helpful consulting on those. I would highly recommend J Sewer and plumbing to any friends or family members. They will shoot you straight and accurately and efficiently resolve any issues you have.
Milton and Diego were true professionals. They spent 4 hours grinding out a tough job replacing my entire sump pump and ejector pump systems. The covered multiple levels of flooring and stairs with plastic and towels, leaving no sign that any work had been done at all when they left. The tandem was polite and hardworking - they take their craft seriously and I I trust the work was quality. Highly recommended.
