Simple and convenient check-in and check-out through the Hilton app. The staff was very welcoming, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained—though not luxurious. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay. The location is perfect: about a 10-minute walk to the Space Needle and around 30 minutes to Pike Place Market. If you're looking for a luxury or ultra-modern hotel, this may not be the right choice for you. However, if you value a great location, friendly service, and a clean, comfortable stay, this hotel is an excellent option. PS: I didn't try the Breakfast!
Nice sized room. Pleasant decor. A bit stinky. We had a Suite with plenty of space and a balcony. Need a chair on the balcony. Overall hotel vibe was busy and loud as we arrived. I understand it was a cruise ship, preload hotel. Layout of hotel was a big U and only one way to get to our room, a long walk to the other side of the U. Upon our EARLY morning departure, we were offered a sack breakfast. So very kind.

So the rooms are very nice. The housekeeping is amazing. They clean the room every day. The service is amazing. Cece who checked us in was especially nice. We were very thirsty from the walk downtown and she offered us water. She also gave us the lowdown on the area. The location is perfect. Very close to the space needle only a 5 min walk. Its only a 25 min walk to the pier. The only drawback is there is no pool. Also the fitness room is in a different area. Very hard to get to.
We enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Decent size standard room. Breakfast included and was typical for Hampton inns which includes some hot food options (eggs, potatoes, breakfast meat) on buffet everyday. I had the oatmeal each day with toppings and a piece of fresh fruit. All Elsa expected. Hotel was quiet. Gym is very very nice, far better than your average 3 star hotel. Friendly staff. Great location with easy walk to major tourist attractions and the number 4 public bus stop right outside to take you into the heart of the city for 3 bucks each way. Would definitely stay again if in town. A good deal.
Perfect location if you are planning a cruise leaving from Seattle or if you just want to spend the weekend and visit Major Attractions. Space needle is at walking distance as well as the Fish Market Famous Farmers market and other attractions. Plenty to do in the area. Free breakfast is included plus they have a few restaurants and coffee shops around the corner. They also offer a shuttle to pick you up from the airport (at a cost) and you can also catch a shuttle from the hotel to the cruise terminal (at a charge). Which both are great options if you a planning on not renting a vehicle. Staff was awesome and helpful. Highly recommend giving them a try.
