Salesman over promised and under delivered. Would not answer or return phone calls. Job details were not communicated from the salesman and Foreman to the work crew causing duplicate repairs. Actual roof replacement was done correctly.
We had a great experience meeting with James and Roger from Erie Home Roofing in San Antonio. They were both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire presentation. They took the time to explain the roofing options, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and never made us feel rushed. We’re still in the process of getting a few more quotes before making our final decision, but we truly appreciated their professionalism and the time they spent with us. Regardless of who we ultimately choose, James and Roger did an excellent job representing Erie Home. Thank you both!

They contracted roofer, although the roof looks nice and the color is pretty, did not remove molded wood plywood boards. We paid $40,000 to have all that removed and replaced with new board. What they did was put new board over the old board leaving the mold which is dangerous to our health. The mold remains in our attic. Until this is resolved, I will not recommend these roofers or Erie Roof. At this point, I want my roof fixed and all paid in full. We were lied too. At the very least half the loan should be paid for.
From start to finish our experience was amazing!!! Our crew of guys that installed our roof were amazing!!! Friendly hard working and respectful of my landscaping!!! They did an amazing job installing our roof!! It's so beautiful!! Our first hire home repair!! Cannot say enough awesome things about them!!! Awesome job guys!!! Thank you so much.
