I will NEVER use this company again. Had my sewer line snaked and the guys couldn't tell me( didn't speak English)how far out they snaked, nor was it written on my receipt. Called the owner abd he wouldn't tell me either. Paid $175 for service and owner accused me of trying to cheat service men out of a pay check. Said he was going to rip up the check and service was NO-Charge. I said I wanted to pay but I need to know how far out they snaked. He was very rude and started yelling and screaming at me than hung up. A week later he cashed my check. On top of it I was a repeat customer but not any more. You don't treat your customers this way.
The technician/ PLUMBER,came out & knew right away what was happening.& Thankful he repaired the problem in a short time,...David was the plumber,and I will ask for David again for any more future plumbing work. Very personable, smart, a great listener, and amazing repairman. I was highly impressed, and I was very happy that my water was restored ! & in less than 4 hours! I STILL AM SO GRATEFUL to Mr Poronga ! ,; I will Call them again!

I was able to get same day service. The technician Charly was very helpful, thorough and knowledgeable during his visit. He was also very patient with handling my issues and answering all of my questions. Best plumbing experience I have had in 10 years
I strongly endorse Mr. Poronga Sewer & Drain. Prior to making a call, I consistently review feedback and can genuinely affirm that this company lived up to the positive reviews. Last week, they fixed a broken sewer pipe outside our building. The job was completed swiftly and efficiently, the area was left exceptionally clean, and the cost for the service was indeed VERY reasonable. I will certainly reach out to them for any future needs.
This is the second time we’ve used Mr Poronga. They are quick to respond and communicate throughout the project. The estimate was completed promptly by Otoniel and the project completed the same day. Both guys were respectful of our home. They were very friendly. Upon completion, they showed us the new heater and explained what everything was and how it work.
