I am very happy with their service. Our cast iron plumbing was causing backups and had to be replaced. The crew was very conscientious, let us know how they were progressing and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Our drains are flowing!
Elkhorn company recently acquired Dr Fix It. I was looking for sewer repair. I wasn’t sure I wanted to use that particular company. I had them come out and had Fernando and Ty look at my issue. They were very skilled and knowledgeable and were able to provide me with lots of information and two options. I did have other estimates and strongly felt this was the best company to use. I havE had ELKHORN do all of my plumbing, HVAC, and electrical for about 15 years. They have always done a honest job without pressure to add to the job. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had Dr Fixit clean my sewer line several times and also a major repair on my tap connection to the city lines, and I have always found them to be punctual and more importantly very straightforward about what’s needed and the costs involved. Most recently this crew replaced 50+feet of sewer line. I’ve also used Dr. Fixit to assess electrical problems at my house
I cannot say enough good things about Doctor fix it. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff to work with. They addressed all of our issues and concerns in a super timely fashion. No waiting. They got started the next day and the work was done in a few hours. (Dug up the basement and front yard, replaced the main drain to the house, and refilled the front yard, and concrete in the basement) Work was fantastic. Cleaned up everything nicely. They went above and beyond the work that needed to be done. I will HIGHLY recommend Doctor fix it to everyone.
While an emergency plumber’s visit is never what you want, Dr. Fix It at least made it as easy as possible. I called this morning at 7:55 AM and Barry was at my door around 9 AM. He did a great job- diagnosed the situation, identified where the leak was coming from and fixed it. He kept us updated the entire time, clearly showed where the issues were and walked through the options for repair in a simple way. Not what we wanted to do today, but appreciate the fast response and work. Thanks, Barry!
