I have seen Dr. Williams for a couple of years. I really liked my previous doctor and was unhappy that I had to switch when I changed jobs. However, Dr. Williams has been a great one to see since making the switch. He is very nice, listens attentively, has excellent people skills, and is very knowledgeable. I’m glad that I found a doctor who cares, and I trust that my health is in good hands when I have to see him.
I recently established care with Dr. Michael Williams and could not have been happier with the process and first visit. COPC central scheduling was able to get me on the books in an efficient manner. Appointment itself was great - nice office and fantastic staff. Dr. Williams was very thoughtful in our initial meeting - thorough history & physical, listening to my concerns, and recommending and explaining next steps plan. Glad to be a patient here.

Dr Williams has been my primary care physician since I moved to the Columbus area 2 years ago. He is relatively easy to schedule, usually within a day or two of calling to schedule. His office is also excellent at handling referrals, insurance and prescription issues, usually same day. When you call his office during his open hours, someone always answers, which is a big deal these days. I find Dr. Williams to be very knowledgeable, unafraid to admit he may need to do some additional research on rare subjects, and a very good listener. I feel I am in very capable hands with Dr. Williams.
This was the best doctors visit I’ve ever had. Dr. Williams was kind, patient, gave detailed responses + made it clear what to expect during my physical and Pap smear. I appreciate the follow up questions that were asked to fully understand my medical history. He absolutely cares about his patients by creating a safe/non-judgmental environment. There are doctors much closer to my home but I’ll gladly drive 30+ minutes to see Dr. Williams. For the first time in my life, I feel like my health is 100% in good hands.
Dr. Williams is so kind and welcoming, as is the entire staff at his office. Doctors have given me horrible anxiety since I was a kid, and going to this office feels so vastly different from all of those times, and it's really given me a new perspective on what healthcare can be. I would and have recommended Dr. Williams to my family and friends. He is so excellent, it's hard to articulate just how great this office is.
