Scott, Raul and Destiny were great to work with. Scott showed up within a few days for a quote and off we went. The price was reasonable for the work. The team worked with me through CLT water delays and issues and we’re extremely flexible and communicated well. Scott gave me lots of info throughout the process and would contact me at the end of each day to talk through the work completed. Overall good experience here and would hire / recommend Swift Brothers.
I love Swift Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Air! Josh, one of their experienced technicians, just completed my winter HVAC cleaning and inspection so I’m ready for the cold weather. I have been with the company for several years and have found them to be reliable, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. I love the spring and fall checkup plan they offer at a reasonable fee. Always a quick response time which I really appreciate. I had a leak under my sink which required a new garbage disposal. Raul replaced the disposal quickly and efficiently. He was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
We've had a maintenance plan with Swift Bros for a few years now. They're great about sending reminders to set up semi annual maintenance. For our recent one, we had a few additional items outside of regular maintenance that we requested the tech to take a look at. Josh worked through the maintenance, gave me a price on thw other items, and was able to knock them out in the same day. He was on time, professional, and helpful answering some additional questions. Highly recommend josh, but also Swift in general.
My wife called Swift Brothers because our air conditioner wasn't working properly. We were given a time when our technician(Garth) would be here. Garth sent me a text 30 minutes before his arrival time. He was very nice, polite and thorough in his inspection of our system. He didn't find a problem, (maybe operator error) but he did find a capacitor that would need to be changed at a later time. Overall I am very happy with this company's service. Thank you Garth.
