Dr. Poppens is the best!! She is nonjudgmental and youthful, caring and diligent. She’s able to explain pros/cons for educated decisions and helps makes every appointment feel less stressful, never rushed. A true gem in primary care. Highly recommend her and this practice!
I cannot say enough good things about this practice. My physician was one of the best I have had in years and she left the practice recently and I have started to see the PA, Forrest Griffin, there and I have also been very impressed with his thoroughness and care. The lab team is extremely good at drawing blood and the front desk staff is so welcoming and kind. Truly, everyone here seems to authentically care about the patients and what they do! Lastly, I feel they are extremely inclusive and socially aware, which is often a rarity in the medical world.

I love this practice. They are helpful when I call about appointments or payments. Reception is kind when I come in. I never have to wait a long time. Nurses are great! I LOVE my NP, Hope Johnson. She is incredibly kind and compassionate. She listens really well, is curious in a helpful way, has given me great referrals when needed, and always follows up in a timely manner. My results are always accessible and organized. I recommend this practice to all my friends!
We have been coming to this practice for over 20 years. They have been phenomenal. I have always been thoroughly impressed with the doctors and nurses. But the back office staff has recently completely let me down. I had three separate bills where the incorrect insurance was filed against for my husband, daughter and me. I called for their help. One person said it was my issue to resolve with the lab. To which I explained that I didn't provide the lab the incorrect insurance information. Another person asked me to send them a copy of the bill and they said their manager was going to take care of it. A month later I get another bill from the lab saying it is past due. I contacted my insurance company and they said that they were never sent the claim. This is completely unacceptable. I am so sad that what used to be a place I recommended everyone to has become this disorganized. Dr. Perry, my doctor there who recently retired, would be appalled.
I waited two months for a new patient exam here. The staff cancelled my appointment because I was out of network, which I already knew, and they didn't tell me until after I drove 30 min to the office. They wouldn't make any accommodations for the inconvenience. I’m so disgusted
