I just bought this house. I'm pretty savvy, yet, I didn't understand my sewer system... My washing machine was "slow draining", everything else was fine... Doug approached it... And also, didn't understand the "setup". But the had a "let's do it" mentally and figured it out. He scoped multiple drains and was able to figure it out and clear the clog relatively quickly. Their will be no one else I call going forward, ever! He got it done and that's what's I wanted. Nice people, great communication. Ten stars!
Had Doug over to our house, he did great work very courteous and professional. Price was very reasonable. Spoke with Steve over the phone, retured my call promptly and as discussed Doug arrived to our house on time and completed the job, very happy with his work. I will use the company again if needed.

Doug, was at house this afternoon, tub issue I had. Doug is a valuable asset to Action Sewer, very professional, down to earth person & very courteous, explained every thing he was doing passed on good advise for regular care for drains. We’ve lived In the same house for 9 years. Every year the tree in our back yard grows roots into our drain. Every year Doug has taken care of us. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and likes to be thorough. He is also just an awesome person who is friendly. Steve is also very pleasant and accommodating. I would personally recommend Action to anyone. Thanks guys!
