Sidney provided great services. 5 stars all around. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was amazing we ordered Lobster and Crab Cake with Lemon Basil, Dry Aged NY Strip, Filet Mignon 10 oz, Lobster Mac N Cheese, and Soy Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon. Plus a few drinks
Started with an espresso martini and my husband had the blackberry bourbon, both were tasty. The Caesar salad was so good. The croutons were the best part. I’m not sure I cared for the dressing. The star of the show was the steaks and the sides. My steak was cooked to a perfect medium. The creamed corn and truffle fries were exceptional. The service staff was so friendly and polite. They answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. It was definitely a special experience because we don’t normally spend that much. Definitely worth treating yourself. I do have to add the Hostess was hands down the rudest Hostess we have ever experienced. I actually almost said something while we were there. Her horrible and rude attitude was not about to ruin our nice evening.

First time ever at the Capitol grill. Wonderful staff amazing food. Wonderful atmosphere for an upscale dining experience. I didn't know what to expect but was very pleased with how welcoming my server was and knowledgeable of all of the items on the menu. We only had a table of four all the food came out perfect. Could not have asked for a better experience to celebrate my birthday.
Wendy my serve felt like a friend (I just moved to PGH & was dining alone). She was kind & professional. A true gem! She made excellent suggestions and even though it was close to close, she was happy to help me. There was no rush, truly fine dining class. Loved the decor of the restaurant, especially the Mister Rogers portrait. 5 star service & food all the way.
I'd definitely recommend this restaurant! The atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Our waiter was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions and make recommendations. There was a wide variety of menu options, and everything we ordered was delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly, and the portion sizes were generous, making the overall value excellent. The cocktails were fantastic, and to top it all off, they surprised us with a complimentary dessert for our first visit, which was a thoughtful touch. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!
