This place was fine for an oil change. I had to remind them of the coupon price or they would have gladly charged me $20 more. My long time shop moved out to Kingston so I was looking for someone near by for a simple oil change. They were less organized around complex maintenance when I asked for quotes. I asked for quotes on power steering and ATF fluid changes for my 2011 A5. The power steering was $100 more than my old shop now out in Kingston. On the ATF they did not include changing the filter, were sure it was included then after checking with the tech said no its not included but did not know how much the filter was (you can google this) and then they told me no one had ever asked them that before and they would get back to me. So its probably not the place for that type of work, also not sure if they are Audi certified so it was a curiosity on my part to ask for the quotes on this stuff to begin with. The lady seated next to me in the waiting room paid over $100 to have her wiper blades changed. PSA, auto supply stores will do that for you for free when you buy the blades. A colleague of mine said they had a recent change in leadership at this location so if you are relying on past reviews, their experience could have occured under different leadership. Continue to do your own research and get a second opinion on complex work to be sure. Again my actual oil change was fine, the place was clean, they were on time and the staff were friendly.
I've had my Acura serviced here many times and they always take great care of me and my car. They are knowledgable, friendly, and provide quality service. It's hard to find a reliable car place, and I'm so grateful to have found the Car Care Center!

Went here for the usual maintenance and was happy with my service! I asked them about checking extra things and they communicated beautifully about what needed to be done and what wasn’t. They didn’t over charge for anything unnecessary and took great care of my car! The drop off and pick up were both seamless. The young lady at the front desk was an absolute doll and a joy to deal with! Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back in the future.
I was recommended CCC by someone I trust, and I’m really glad I went with them. From the moment I got in touch, the customer service was excellent... friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Being out of state and needing help quickly could have been very stressful, but they went above and beyond to take care of me and made the whole process smooth and easy. They understood my situation right away and handled everything with urgency and care. I truly appreciate the level of service I received and would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a place that treats you right and takes care of you when it matters most.
