Flight got cancelled and couldn’t get home. Booked this hotel and it wildly exceeded my expectations. Shuttle picked us up and about 10 ppl were trying to check in late at night. Brandy and her colleague handled it efficiently and kindly. They brought out emergency toiletries and bottled water which was very appreciated. I was too discombobulated to catch the lady’s name that helped me with check in but she was very knowledgeable and seamlessly corrected a billing error (I think I made). The room is very basic but well stocked, spotless and comfortable. The bed was pretty nice and definitely comfortable. I like that there was minimal carpet. The suite was huge and would have accommodated 4-6 people (2 queens and a sofa bed). After a few short hours I went Back to the front desk to catch the shuttle. I was met with a cheery good morning from Brandy! However I had missed my ride by a few minutes. She called another hotel and had their shuttle swing by so I wouldn’t miss my flight. While I waited, she offered me coffee. Tonya was putting out quite a large breakfast array and introduced herself and offered any help I needed. She let me know there was a fresh pot of coffee on the way. About 2 minutes later, she emerged with fresh coffee ☕️ and a halo 😇 over her head (I’m pretty sure). I barely had time to pour the coffee and the shuttle was there. It was a good cup of coffee and I take my coffee VERY seriously. I definitely recommend this hotel. And, I’m pretty particular. Considering I slept in the clothes I arrived in, it’s nearly miraculous that I can call this a good experience. However, the hotel far exceeded the expectations of this weary traveler. That can be attributed 100% to Brandy and Tonya and the housekeepers, the shuttle driver. and the rest of the dedicated staff. Thank you all for doing a great job with cheer!

I stayed at the TPS LoSo Charlotte Airport after my flight was delayed, and I’m so grateful for the incredible staff. I was picked up from the airport immediately, and when I arrived there were many other stranded guests. Despite the chaos, the front desk staff were absolutely AMAZING—calm, collected, and extremely polite. Check-in was smooth, and I was given a room on the 3rd floor. The room was warm, very clean, and exactly what I needed after a long travel day. The next morning, breakfast was hot and well stocked. The breakfast attendant was so friendly and made sure the buffet stayed full for all the guests. From the staff’s friendliness to the cleanliness of the hotel, I would 1000% recommend staying here. 10 out of 10!
My family and I missed a connection and we stayed at this hotel for one night. We were met with a lovely employee at the front desk, Taje. He was helpful, attentive and accommodating given our circumstances. He made sure we were comfortable and was very pleasant throughout our short stay. In the morning, we were able to enjoy complimentary breakfast. The breakfast staff was so bright, cheerful and chatty. I can't give enough compliments to everyone at this hotel. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Suitable even for our young kids, 6 months and 3 years old. I believe the rooms were recently renovated and the hotel under new management. Our shuttle drivers were both friendly and safe drivers.
I was given a room at the hotel by an airline after my international flight was rescheduled for the following day. I arrived around 11pm with lots of other travelers in the same situation. While I was being checked in the phone rang 5 times, 4 of them being questions about the shuttle. The lady checking me in was awesome, staying polite and professional, handling the calls calmly, even if it seemed some were a little irate, and keeping a positivity that we needed. The gentleman working with her was equally doing great work. Similarly the shuttle driver was great to deal with, even though he was having to make multiple journeys. If I'm honest, I can't comment on the location (4 miles from the airport) as I arrived in the dark and will be leaving in the dark, but the room is nice and well maintained, even if I will only be here for about 4 hours. My main reason for wanting to leave a review was to let the owners (and Marriott) know they have a star team working the desk and shuttle this evening.
My experience at this hotel was high and low. For starters the breakfast staff were amazing they greeted me with joy and prepared a great hot breakfast. The front desk staff were okay the guy with the nice eyes was very nice and accommodating. Any issue I had he resolved it without hesitation. The rest could use some customer service training no shade. House keeping sucked they did not clean and replenish my room daily. Did not take out the trash wipe the sinks down or vacuum or sweep. They did exactly nothing I pretty much did there job my whole entire stay. I had to call and ask for wash clothes and towels. I probably won’t come back because of house keeping. I hope this helps anyone who plans to stay for an extended time.
