Mike Soeder came out first and explained the benefits of working with Gorjanc Home Services and the quality and pricing for an American Standard heating system. Dustin and Nathan did the install. Scott and Levi showed up on time to do the work to replace old and inefficient plumbing shutoff valves and an outdoor faucet. They worked expertly and Scott installed the shutoff valves and pipes in a more efficient setup than what was there previously. I am very satisfied with the job they both did.
Gorjanc has always responded quickly and fully, as they did today when our tankless water heater didn’t deliver hot water. Their communications system is thorough and proactive and accurate, and techs are always courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We have used their maintenance contracts for all equipment we’ve purchased from them.
