Air Star Now replaced our entire HVAC system and cleaned our air ducts. I can honestly say that this is a company you want to do business with. Our initial contact was with Katie in the office. She is the most patient and professional representative of a company I have ever come across. Our technician, Daniel, and installers, Rodney and Manuel were a pleasure to work with and everything was completed professionally and on time. These days it is not always easy to find a company that is customer-centric, but Air Star Now definitely is. Katie always keeps you informed. Daniel, Rodney and Manuel were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. All are an asset to this organization. This is a company that has integrity and does business transparently. Air Star has been servicing my system in the Spring and Fall for the past few years and I have had only wonderful experiences. I am a Star member and when my capacitor went out (which the tech recommended replacing 4 months earlier, but I declined) in the middle of the night in August, the owner himself came out to replace it. A classy company with knowledgeable techs. I highly recommend getting on their Star membership to get the two included tune-ups per year plus the other perks that come with it. (This is not a paid advertisement.)
These guys are awesome. Showed in an hour, found the problem, and fixed it the next morning. Daniel was polite and installed a sensor and surge protector in about 15 minutes. The service was great, so I signed up for the maintenance plan. It feels nice knowing I won’t have to worry about AC problems with AirStar.
Guys and gals I just want to say. From the first person Alan to the install team Rodney and Giovanni I apologize if I spelled his name wrong. But spoke to Perla(owner) initially and didn’t hesitate to get someone out to come help me and my family. This is during the winter freeze over the weekend(1/25/26) called other companies in desperate need and Air star Now came to the rescue seriously and not only came to evaluate but actually showed and explained everything we needed to know. They installed a new furnace and the install is clean and professional. From now on I’m only calling Air Star now for my hvac services. Thanks to everyone that came out and got us the gift of heat. I can not say thank you enough. Also take advantage of their membership program. It really does come in handy because we definitely going to need these guys again. Family owned and operated I love it. Y’all keep being awesome!!!!
