Hard to state how great they were. Needed a lot of (emergency) electrical work done on my house with a new panel and both interior and exterior work. When we met for the estimate, they were extremely thorough and explained every step of the process. We had already had a quote from another reputable company so based on the professionalism and detail by Safe Electric I was expecting the estimate to be well above the other. It turns out it was 33% lower and they could get me on the schedule within a day. They just completed the service in less than a day after saying it may take late into the evening. This is just an extraordinary company and it makes sense why they are flush with 5 stars on Google. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for your unmatchable customer service, professionalism, efficiency, and competence!
We needed a lot of work done - 2 sump pumps replaced, 2 sink faucets replaced along with their supply lines and shut off valves, a toilet repaired, and an outdoor faucet replaced which required a shut off valve to be installed in the basement. It took a day and a half, but the tech team took their time and did things right. They paid attention to the details. The service price was higher, but as the story goes, you get what you pay for and they did very good work.

The work was fine and the service was prompt but beware of the company's sales tactics. We were presented a service contact that was framed as a significant discount off the job. Unfortunately, the discount was equal to the amount you would pay over the life of the service contact. So, there's really no discount. Also, the cost of the service was given to us as per month with a payment plan on a finance contract rather than the total price of the job, similar to car sales.
Adam gave me the estimate. Garrett and Shawn did the installation. All three were very professional and nice!! I will be recommending Safe Electric and Plumbing to everyone and anyone that ask! We live in my wife's childhood home, so everything is over 60 years old. We had the whole house rewired and plan on having the plumbing done soon. They will be my first call.
Really easy (and timely!) to get an appointment when my lights started flickering and going out in zones. They were professional, kind, thorough, and really good at explaining what was going on and what needed to be done to fix it.
