Dr. Albrecht is personable and truly cares about my wellbeing. He is definitely the best PCP I have experienced and I appreciate the care I receive at Kelsey-Seybold.
Dr. Albrecht is highly professional and knowledgeable. My mother and I both see him as our primary care physician. The team is nice and very flexible with our schedules. I feel understood when I explain my issues with Dr. Albrecht and he actually listens to my concerns. Thank you for providing excellent service and support while having an overall great healthcare team.
My husband had a scheduled appointment with this doctor yesterday 01/02/2025. My husband has a PPO insurance. He refused to see my husband because we asked them to bill insurance company first and whatever insurance company sends back we will pay. (they only gave an estimate and wanted us to pay that up front without even sending it to the insurance company first. Our insurance does not have a copay just a deductible.)Doctor refused to do that and denied my husband medical care because he wanted money up front. Horrible way to treat a new patient . Already filed a complaint with the insurance company against the provider and the Kelsey Seybold on McKinney in downtown Houston. The office staff who checked in my husband her name was Rocio not helpful at all and made my husband feel like he did not matter. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she gave attitude. Vivian Mitchell is the CLINICAL ADMINISTRATION that I spoke with and she was absolutely rude and did not allow me to speak she kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain all she kept saying is it’s office policy I was trying to explain that she can bill our insurance and whatever insurance sent back we can pay, but she kept refusing said it was office policy that we pay for The entire Visit upfront. She then said that she will ask the provider if he will still see him, and when she came back and told my husband that PROVIDER refused to see him Because we will not pay upfront, even though he has insurance They then made my husband wait a long time before coming out and telling him that another doctor agreed to see him and bill insurance All in all will never be going back to this location because of the experience we had here, and we will also be taking legal action against the PROVIDER For refusing to see my husband for medical services.

I have been a patient of Dr. Andrew Albrecht for some time now, and I can confidently say he is the best primary care physician I've ever had. Dr. Albrecht is not only highly knowledgeable in his field but also incredibly friendly and approachable. He is one of the few doctors who genuinely makes me feel like he knows me and cares about my well-being. Every visit, he takes the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my treatment options, and ensure I understand everything clearly. His personalized approach and dedication to his patients are truly commendable. I highly recommend Dr. Albrecht to anyone in need of an outstanding PCP.
Dr Albrecht was very condescending during my last appointment with him and frankly after seeing him 2-3 times I’m convinced he’s ego-driven, inexperienced, and has poor people skills. He lectured me for seeking advice for a rare diagnosis and for which he has no experience or expertise in and told me I was falling for snake oil salesman if any other doctor knew how to treat this. This was after I waited in his office for 45 minutes to be seen. My neurologist also corrected a major mistatement he told me previously. He doesn’t respect his patients period and is more concerned about exercising his ego, than treating people earnestly and respectfully. I cannot recommend him.
