Great experience as much as it could be. Had an extraction and a separate filling/resin rebuild on my front tooth. Get your X-rays and then they go over the options you could take. They have a payment plan thru another company that helped take the burden off the cost so I opted for that. The procedures were quick and professional and felt I was in good hands the entire time. This is my go to place for emergency dental and I hope they stick around for a long time.
What a great experience. I went by simply to set an appointment for later in the week, because my dentist's office was closed this week. They were able to take me immediately! I was blown away. Dr. Revell is so kind and attentive, and he explained things and eased my mind about what was going on in my mouth. The front office staff is great too! I can't say enough about this office! If you have an emergent dental need, *GO* to Charlotte Emergency Dental on Park Road! They will take care of you.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. I called more than 15 dental offices, but none of them could see me the same day for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. This was the only clinic that accepted me without an appointment. Dr. Chase Wilder quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and removed the tooth professionally. The entire team was kind, efficient, and caring. By the evening, I already felt much better. I'm truly grateful to Dr. Chase Wilder and the entire staff for helping me when I needed it most. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.
Mrs. K. had a filling fall out on Friday night and I'm headed out of town on Sunday. What to do? We could wait until Monday and she takes an expensive Uber to the dentist next week. Or we can get this done Saturday morning. I opted for the emergency dental and we arrived here to a full waiting room. With only one dentist on staff, it turns out that we arrived at exactly the right time. There had been -nine- people waiting when they opened this morning and even though it was 10am, Mrs. K. was the tenth patient to be seen. And patience was required but in the end, top notch dentistry was performed. They quote $99 for the exam and x-rays plus $250 to $500 for the work. Well, the work was $498. Go figure! They do not accept insurance and they don't take appointments. You are provided a print out to submit to your own insurance and be reimbursed. Walk-ins are it. You can try to arrive extra early and be ahead of other patients? Just be patient.
I was seen almost immediately and had a great experience. The dentist and assistants were helpful, friendly and professional. The consultation and x-ray were relatively inexpensive and Dr. Griffen Revell did an excellent job. He listened well, answered all questions, and was very thorough in the examination. I left feeling confident that the issue was resolved.
