Easily the best mechanic shop in Dallas. Everyone there is extremely competent; I bring my old cars there once I run out of time or talent. They charge fairly and do top tier work. Craig is a legend and so is Hank, the shop dog.
We didn’t bring our car here for anything major. We simply needed some air in our flat tire to take the car to the tire place. Guys at this service were great and stopped what they were doing just to help us.
Went to Mustang Service Center to get my AC checked out which is critical for a Texas summer and Alex was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain the issues, walk me through where things stood, and lay out what things might look like depending on what they found. He got everything working and genuinely cared about getting my car fixed, not just getting a job done. The price was very fair and reasonable. I don’t regret it one bit and will always go back to Mustang. I cannot recommend them enough.

I can see how this shop has so many stellar reviews. They did quick work, their quote for my wait time was accurate, their prices fair. I told them I googled “honest mechanic” and was happy to support their business and that claim. They said “well thank you, we work very hard for those reviews”. I spoke with at least 3 of their staff in my 1 hour service and they were all kind and professional. I will return. Also, the doggo, Hank, is a legend
The guy at the front watched me re-enact my driving scenarios without laughing at me. Asked flow up questions to which I could perform again like an actor in the spotlight. He understood the task at hand and assured me they'd look into it and get back to me. When the call came later that day the explanations seemed familiar to my mechanically-untrained brain. I held my breath waiting for the dagger of the death price..... it was reasonable! I didn't have to give up my first, and only, child! I didn't need to sell my organs on the black market. When I picked up my truck the next day the office guard dog laid lazily in the corner, basking in the sun. Even he knew this wasn't supposed to be a stressful place. He was a good boy. I paid my bill, drove away, and hope to return again for additional "character adjustment" of my truck. Service was good, no pressure. Exactly what I had hoped for. Five stars!
