Perry did a great job on building our office suite. It's lovely, functional and really maximizes our square footage. Communication was timely and detailed and all deadlines were met. The quality of the work was outstanding and there was a true spirit of partnership with this project - if there was an issue, they came with possible solutions that we could select from. Great job!

Our church building was in dire need of a renovation after 20 years of hard use. We had begun working with one project manager however we quickly reassessed and switched to Perry Contracting. I had worked with Jim Perry through my employer and we reconnected. Jim had his son, Luke, head up this project and I could not be happier with the professionalism, responsive and quality of the oversight. As with any project there are issues that need resolving, Luke and his onsite team were excellent in making sure our concerns were addressed and resolved. I would recommend Perry Contracting for any project and would consider using them again.
We have worked with Perry on two different lobby renovation projects. They are very friendly, and easy to work with. They do a great job explaining the process and are quick to get things moving. During the project those working on site were always pleasant and considerate of our patrons and employees. The space was always left clean at the end of each day of construction and sometimes it felt like you hardly knew they were there. We will use again for future projects
We hired Perry Contracting to complete an expansion and extensive remodel of one of our medical facilities in Cincinnati. This was a complex project that required a high-level of communication and coordination throughout the project to ensure that we could continue to operate at full capacity. The team at Perry completed this project for us on time and within our project budget, and with no interruptions to the operations at our facility. The level of workmanship was excellent and we now have a beautiful new facility that our team LOVES. I would highly recommend Perry, and would not hesitate to work with them again on our next project in the greater Cincinnati area!
