Had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel has a fun, stylish atmosphere, and the recently renovated rooms were spotless and comfortable. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We did notice one small bug toward the end of our visit, but it seemed like an isolated issue since everything else was very clean throughout our stay. The elevators are currently being upgraded, but they were still fully functional. The shared workspace was also a nice bonus and worked perfectly for getting some remote work done. I'd happily stay here again.
We stayed at the Curtis for one night. We normally choose Tru hotels for the lobby area with our kids but tried this one. The location was excellent and walkable to a lot of things. We never needed to interact with staff but have no doubt they would have been excellent. Our room was ok but the bathroom sink could easily scald you if you weren’t careful and the toilet paper holder kept braking. The theming of the hotel was unique. The lobby was cool but not as open as we’re used to. Cool hotel but maybe not what our family needed.

The Curtis Hotel delivered a memorable stay with its creative, themed design on every floor, making each hallway feel unique and fun. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, which immediately set a relaxing tone. As a Gold member, I appreciated the complimentary upgrade, a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience. What truly stood out was the fantastic customer service—every staff member was welcoming, attentive, and eager to help. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and well-managed. Today’s special promotional event at the Curtis Hotel was incredibly fun and well-executed. Each floor offered something different, creating an exciting, immersive experience throughout the building. Activities ranged from caricature drawing and bracelet making to unique options like grabbing a goldfish and even a petting zoo. There were also whiskey and wine tastings, plenty of games, a lively photobooth, and great music with dancing and a DJ. It felt like a mini festival spread across the hotel. The organizing team clearly put in a lot of effort, and it showed in every detail. It was engaging, creative, and enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, it’s a vibrant, well-maintained hotel that combines personality with comfort, and I would gladly stay here again in the future.
Stayed for a quick night with the wife. Used to stay at the hyatt before they jacked their prices up. This was even if nit a better experience. Staff was incredibly friendly. Rooms are everything you need. Location is fantastic. Each floor had a theme so visiting the different floors is an experience itself. Kyle made the trip even better. Thank you for that!
Such an adorable stay! Cute and spunky vibe, newly renovated rooms. Super clean and great location- super walkable. Staff was fantastic and did us lots of favors. Only issue we had was finding one small bug late in our stay- we believe this was a standalone incident as we saw no others the entire 5 day trip. The elevators are currently being updated- still working but soon to be greatly improved! We also appreciated the 2nd floor working space which was perfect for some remote work needs.
