I take my truck here and have always had a great experience with the team. I can do a lot of maintenance myself but choose not to in the city for lack of space and trust them. Trust - I take my rig into the back country and all over the west coast. I need it to be reliable so I don't stress or get stranded. I know they won't be able to predict the future but have given me piece of mind that there isn't something that I am putting off that needs to be worked on. Thank you team! P.S. It took a while for me to be able to be a client (they are darn busy) but it was well worth the weight. Here is my rig out doing things

I have consistently had excellent service with RR-I had a 'service plan' with Honda, where I bought my car. After Honda told me (twice) I needed expensive repairs, I took my car to RR. They ran it through their diagnostics and told me that most or all of the recommended repairs weren't necessary. Saved me a lot of money. In addition, I really appreciate their honesty and their mission to provide the best service possible with their small staff. As a former small business owner myself, I understand the complexities of running a going concern. They treat their workers well and we, the customers benefit. They are the best! -A loyal fan!
I stopped in to visit a friend who told me she would be "hanging out" at a car repair shop all day, I offered to give her a ride but she told me not to bother because she had a lot of studying to do. She had told me before how great the mechanics were and how affordable the work was and how it was the inly place she trusted to work on her car. So I relented but thought I would bring her some coffee and good cheer. Well, I/it was probably not needed as I found her relaxing very comfortably in one of the best waiting areas I have ever seen for any service business, much less a car repair business. Their attention to their client's comfort and needs is world class!
Prices can be high but the quality of inspection and information is extremely high. Great for my 16 year old subaru to figure out what maintenance is coming up. They are also very kind and I always feel comfortable here.
