It’s been a few months since this occurred but I felt I had to say something. I normally see Dr. Smothers who is absolutely fantastic. For some reason I was booked with Dr Melanie Reed this past summer. She made a very micro aggressive comment that rubbed me the wrong way. She saw I had a lanyard on for a very well known bank , and proceeded to say “You must work in the front end”. Unprovoked. What made you assume that ? As a woman of color I am highly offended. If the office staff read this kindly never place me with her again.
This was my first time utilizing Dr. Reed’s services. She was very compassionate and understanding of my illness and prescribed the right meds for a speedy recovery. I highly recommend her!
