I don’t normally do reviews but I just had to. Professional staff, doc is amazing and CHLOE!!! Chloe was my saving grace. I got a tooth pulled and she made me feel so comfortable and talked to me through everything. She brought the energy and delivered amazing customer service. You rock Chloe!!!!
I was very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth pulled. I was supposed to get two pulled they only pulled one. I was criticized about my tattoos that had nothing to do with why I was there. I had to pay to hold my appointment time and date. My insurance told me I didn't have to pay any out of pocket expenses. The woman at the front desk was rude. I will not be going back. I was also told that they don't use gas for dental procedures but their website says they offer it. I had a very hard time with the dental procedure to begin with.

I have had nothing but great experiences at River East Dental Group. My first visit was for a filling, and while I was there I explained how disappointed I was with a crown that was done at my last dentist office that I had been going to for over 25 years. My insurance approved my crown to be fixed and while it was a little longer wait for the permanent crown, Chloe made my temporary and it was so much better than the permanent crown that was done by my previous dentist. My permanent crown came in three weeks later, and it was quick and painless to remove the temporary and seat the permanent. I would highly recommend River East Dental Group. Staff is wonderful, it is a teaching practice, and they are all very sweet and friendly. Dr. Dhariwal is very efficient, and sympathetic to both his patients and his staff. Thank you!
I went for a regular checkup and cleaning because I hadn't gone in a while . Went in for 1st appointment they took x-rays told me everything looked good no cavities but id have to schedule another appointment for the cleaning. So I said ok just to get it done. It was set for the next day. I went in then they did another evaluation and told me I needed to set up a third appointment for the cleaning. Im not sure if just a cleaning needs three appointments on three days. Anyone who works for living understands that just a cleaning no cavities or other dental services requires multiple appointments.
