We had a wonderful experience here! The design, energy, music playing in the lobby and greeted by the friendliest staff! The rooms were huge and had a Gregg Allman autograph! Would definitely return and only area of improvement is the parking fee. 53 dollars a night on a weeknight? That’s insane! So find better parking! Otherwise would definitely return!
We stayed from July 23-25, 2026. The staff was super fun and friendly! The rooms were clean. We had a great view of Mercedes-Benz from our basic room. No upgrade needed. The location is perfect. We pre-booked parking down the street through Spot Hero for $45 total. It was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel but we left the car parked the whole weekend so that was worth the savings.

This hotel was an interesting stay. The room was super high tech and cool… until we couldn’t figure out how to turn the lights off. If we could get one set of lights shut off, another set turned back on. We finally gave up and slept with the lights on. The next morning when we tried to shower, we discovered the shower curtain didn’t have a liner. When I requested one, someone brought us a second shower curtain (still with no liner lol). The hotel was the perfect distance to walk to the State Farm Arena. We had dinner at the roof top bar. It was $85 for a flatbread, chips and guac, and two gin and tonics. The food was good and the bar had a great atmosphere. Overall, just an unusual hotel. Wasn’t bad for one night, but probably wouldn’t go back.
Great stay with a stellar staff! Last month I stayed at the Reverb for two nights while in town for work at the nearby Databank datacenter. The location was incredibly convenient for our needs. First and foremost, the staff here were fantastic. Genuinely courteous, respectful, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire stay—absolutely zero issues with service. As for the food, Friday night’s dinner was really good. On Saturday night, they were serving "event food," which was honestly just okay. While I didn't personally have any drinks, the bar area has a great look to it and seemed like a really fun spot to hang out. Overall a solid, comfortable stay and I'd definitely recommend it.
The only thing I enjoyed about this hotel was the staff. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely tried their best to help. Unfortunately, they were the only bright spot. The room was a huge disappointment. The TV was advertised as a smart TV, but it was basically useless unless you have a Samsung phone. Most people in the U.S., including me, don't use Samsung devices, so that feature felt completely misleading. The shower was another disaster. It would only run scorching hot with no cold water, making it uncomfortable and nearly impossible to use properly. That's something that should never happen at a hotel claiming to be four stars. To make matters worse, this hotel seems to find every possible way to nickeland dime guests with extra charges. For the price they charge, the experience falls far below expectations. This feels like a fake 4 star hotel that's relying on marketing instead of quality. I won't be staying here again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone expecting a true 4 star experience.
