My experience was with Britton. I am very impressed by this young mans work, he did a clean, crisp job on a switch controlled above garage wired spotlight. It exceeds my expectations & I can be picky lol. Britton was professional, punctual & considerate of the property. I’ll be reaching back out for my future home lighting needs.
It has been three weeks since I paid for a standard duct cleaning with Airstream Services. Shortly after the technician left, I noticed damage to the wall near one of my vents. I was called by two different people the following day regarding the service, and I informed both of them about what happened and sent pictures of the vent, and still have heard nothing back from the company. After noticing the damage to the vent, I checked other vents in the house and noticed that they were still covered in dust. I was also assured by the technician that I would receive before and after photos of the cleaning, and still, nearly a month later, have not. I understand that accidents happen, but to not be informed about drywall damage during a standard cleaning and then for nothing to be done about it after, makes me very distrusting of this company.

Josh installed a generator plug at my home, and I’ll just say… it wasn’t exactly a “plug-and-play” situation. 😅 Luckily, Josh handled it like it was nothing. The install was tricky, but nothing this guy couldn’t figure out. He’s super friendly, clearly knows electricity inside and out, and made me feel confident everything was done safely and correctly (which is nice when you’re dealing with something that can literally shock you). Scheduling was painless—one quick phone call and it was on the books. Pricing was fair, upfront, and honest, with no surprises. If you need electrical work done and want someone who actually knows what they’re doing and doesn’t act like you’re bothering them, Airstream is a great choice. Highly recommend!
Kyle was very customer service-oriented, very professional and extremely knowledgeable of his craft. He was organized, clean and efficient. He spent a good amount of time with me discussing different options for my particular install, which I much appreciated. His company, Airstream, offered up-to-date communication via text and email. Both delivered exceptional customer service and exceeded my expectations for this project. I would definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend them.
Leo came to give us an estimate and install an EV wall charger. He showed up right at the beginning of the appointment window and was very nice. The pricing was fair and he was very efficient with the work. Would definitely recommend using Airstream Services!
