Its a great place to meet and hang out with friends. Drinks are fairly priced food is good overall nice place kinda gives you the Vegas feel. Pools are great with plenty of lounging spaces. They also offer spa and message treatments. Wish slots paid better but greatvplace over all...
So I visited the blue coyote cafe and was served today by an outstanding waitress who simply blew my mind. Her kindness and customer service skills were on point! I was truly very satisfied with her attentiveness to my needs in the restaurant. She greeted me and was able to make nice recommendations on the menu there as well. I have been to the cafe many times but no one has stuck out like her. She truly knows how to elevate one’s dining experience. Thank you so much to my server by the name is Chyanne. I hope others get to enjoy her professionalism and service in there time at the Blue Coyote Cafe. Thanks again!!!!!!❤️oh and the strawberry shortcake was AMAZING!!!!!

I enjoyed my stay, very clean, well maintained. Rooms were big and spacious, the square footage was more than enough for 2 of us to spread out comfortably. The sunrise pool is open 24 hours, and the sunset pool till 10pm. Which was a plus after traveling all day to the canyons, because the pools are beautiful and we wanted to enjoy them before we left. You have to pay for the infinity pools though. Ocean Trail creole food was delicious, biscuits so good. Don't bother with the steak house. The aesthetics is there however menu was subpar. I didn't get to get a massage, sorry I missed that. I don't gamble but the casino was always active no matter the what time of day. I do have one issue, I paid a $75 resort fee with Expedia, only to be charged an addition $89 resort fee upon arrival. That didn't sit right with me. I need someone to explain that one.
I absolutely love this resort. We were in town for a roofing project but had a little fun off time. The pool is huge, pool servers were friendly and the staff was helpful. We got a 25.00 free play and won 220.00 (on the penny slots). Brought the 220 back to Texas! Arizona is beautiful y'all!
This was easily one of the worst casino experiences I’ve ever had. The entire place felt poorly managed, dirty, and completely focused on taking customers’ money without providing even a basic level of service in return. The staff were rude, dismissive, and seemed annoyed whenever anyone asked for assistance. Customer service was practically nonexistent. The casino floor was crowded, noisy, and poorly maintained, with broken machines, sticky surfaces, and trash left sitting around for far too long. The food was overpriced and mediocre at best. Long wait times, poor service, and low-quality meals made the dining experience just as disappointing as the gaming experience. Even basic amenities seemed neglected. What stood out most was the overall lack of professionalism. Instead of creating an enjoyable environment, the casino felt like it was cutting corners everywhere possible. Between the poor service, unclean conditions, and frustrating experience, there was absolutely nothing that would make me want to return. I would strongly advise others to spend their money elsewhere. There are far better casinos that actually value their customers and maintain acceptable standards. This place was a complete waste of time and money.
