My Ford made it to The Ohio State Campus but decided it wouldn’t move an inch further. I was concerned due to previous poor experiences with other auto repair. But upon recommendation of three of my coworkers I called Tom and Jerry. Instantly it was a smooth hassle free experience. The tow was easy, they instantly knew them by name and even the tow truck driver told me it was in the best hands in Columbus. They were right. From the great invoice system they have that details exactly what costs and repairs are necessary to the friendly and HONEST nature of the staff. My vehicle required wheel bearing and axle repair and both were done faster then expected! I never have had a smoother experience. Highly recommend and I know as long as I am a resident here in Cbus I’m going to take my car to them. And if they are reading this, thank you again from the bottom of my heart for your hard work, honesty, and quality in the repairs you did.
Great people! Family-owned shop. Honest, fair, and very professional. I told them the vehicle was making “funny noises” in the front end. So one of the guys drove it, with me as a passenger, and identified 4 possible problems. Next day I got a very professionally done estimate via both text and email. The final bill was $200 less than the original quote. I would recommend Tom & Jerry’s to anyone.

This place has great customer service. They were very informing of the status of my car and what needed to be done. They also had it repaired same day as drop off. Would definitely use again.
Our son took his car in because it was making a strange noise in the front tire area. They found it had significant issues and sent us photos of the problems. We used the photos to consult our regular shop 200 miles away and were told they had it right and were giving us a better price than if they were to do the work. Great to work with. Feel fortunate to have found them while our son is away from home at college.
Dropped my car off on a Thursday to be checked out and they said they’d call me back with a quote for services within 1-2 days. It took until next Wednesday for them to finally call me back with a diagnosis and even then it took another 2 days to allow me to come pick my car up. I ended up declining service so I can’t speak to their capability of working on cars, but I will say they told me it was going to be $350 just for checking out my car (without taking anything apart). Thankfully the woman at the counter ended up only charging $170 so maybe there was some miscommunication. Either way, if you want quick service I’d recommend avoiding this location as the parking lot is always full of project they have going on.
