Nice clean and comfortable room. Furniture not too old. Somewhat friendly service. Located near every place we wanted to go.
Rented 2 Suites which were extremely nice and spacious. However, my experience with the staff and front desk worker was horrific. The overall customer service at this hotel should be analyzed by management immediately. I will never visit this hotel again.
Hotel was clean and quiet. The TV was glitchy: sometimes worked, had non-watchable channels. The room phone did not work. The bathroom sink did not drain. Breakfast was OK. Staff tried to be helpful, but they could not do anything to fix problems since it was Friday night. Price jumped by $50. This is the poorest value for a Hilton, maybe ever.

One of the worst properties to stay at. The air conditioning wasn't working, complained to the staff and nothing was ever done. Breakfast was horrible, runny and watery eggs! Left numerous messages for the manager, no courtesy to call. Stay Away! I have left you numerous messages and your manager is never available or returns any calls. Your reply is very comical, had you taken care of the issue I wouldn't have left a bad review! UPDATE: No one ever contacted as of 10/24/25. The response from the manager was generic response!
The rooms are nice. One small issue with my thermostat, but it was promptly taken care of. Location was right where I needed it surrounded by lots of restaurants. Plenty of places to shop
