Been dealing with a horrible embarrassment issue Going on a year now Have experienced nothing but embarrassment and a loss of time at work. I came to this office excepted their treatment plan I paid my bill I do have dental insurance I have a partial plate Well, I have multiple now because every time they remake one the teeth fall out The second one Made eating very uncomfortable And while out to eat with some friends, I just about choked because a tooth come out I’ve lost money and I’ve lost time It’s A different excuse of what I did wrong every time I go in there. They implied that they will not make me another one So basically, I’m just writing this off as a 100% loss I do not recommend this office if you have missing teeth My overall experience was, they took my money and I still have the same problem. I just purchased my first home Because I took my dental business to advance dentistry in Westchester, I’ll now be Dealing with the same horrible embarrassment, uncomfortable Feeling that I had when I walked into that office over a year ago

Went here 9 months pregnant just needing a routine cleaning before my baby was born. I had been here a long time ago for gum surgery which was fine, very over priced but regardless, I thought I’d go back for normal dental stuff. Was told over the phone that it had been so long, my name, address, insurance and everything else about me has changed, they will schedule me as a new patient and I can get the free exam. I say ok cool. I go in expecting an exam and cleaning and end up getting tons of pictures and imaging done. That’s fine though right because the exam is free and my insurance will cover new patient annual procedures right?? Nope because as soon as I am leaving AFTER doing all this stuff to me they tell me they are actually out of network. No one ever mentioned this to me before this moment in time. I leave thinking ok well at least the exam and annual stuff is free - by the way I didn’t even get a cleaning, they said I’d need to come back for it (???) I didn’t go back because I had a baby. Suddenly I get a bill for almost $300 for some stuff I never wanted and an exam I was told would be free. And I never even got my teeth cleaned. The person who called me just now to tell me they’re sending it to collections was like “well if you had a free exam years ago why would you get another free one?” I don’t know, maybe I assumed since I asked and was told multiple times that it would be free I guess I just assumed I was being told factual information. 0/5 don’t recommend going here. Find a nice local family dentist who won’t bs you like this place does.
