I received training from the LCS owners Renee and Travis. They provided exceptional instruction, and real-world stories that directly apply to running a better business, especially when it comes to furnace repair and heating system replacement. As many people probably experience in the winter, our electric bill at our home was over double what it typically is. My thought process was “ehh it’s winter, it will do back down.” My fiancé however thinks very differently than I do. She checked our thermostat and found that our emergency/auxiliary heat was ALWAYS on. So we had a competitor come out and look at our heating unit for us. They were okay. Basically diagnosed what needed replaced, nothing more. We wanted a second opinion, so I reached out to my BNI (business networking international) chapter member to get a second opinion. LCS had Sam come out to do his inspection. VASTLY different than our first experience. Sam, at LCS, took the time to try and resolve our issue first. He simply reset our heating unit and ever since, our emergency/auxiliary heat has not come back on. We really appreciate the service Sam provided us as we are planning our wedding and finances are tight. Sam’s service and fix helped ease our minds, at least until our wedding, and helped us realize we don’t need to replace anything just yet. We will probably do so after our wedding. A HUGE shoutout to Sam and the rest of the techs at LCS. If you are having HVAC issues, look no further. Give LCS a call and be as satisfied as we are!

Technician was out for routine furnace maintenance. As is always the case with LCS employees, he was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and explained what he was doing. I always learn something new about our system from them. Prices and different plans were also explained so we could make the best decision for our situation. We have been loyal customers for many years and highly recommend this company.
Quick and easy service from start to finish. Sam was great walking me through all the details and explaining issues while troubleshooting. Sam spent the time making sure we understood all aspects of the diagnosing process and next steps forward. Did not feel pressured whatsoever and let us make the best decision for ourselves. Jose was fantastic in installing our new equipment. Team all around was respectful and ensured we knew everything we needed to know and did not hesitate to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this team in the future.
The service tech, Sam, was fantastic. He explained everything that he was looking to check on the furnace and took the time to make sure that I understood his findings at the end. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous during the visit. After several bad HVAC experiences, it was encouraging to have a positive one with the LCS team.
