I had a great experience here. I walked in for a repair estimate, and was in and out very quickly and efficiently. Avo was incredibly friendly, honest, and easy to talk to. What really stood out was that he took the time to understand my situation and gave realistic recommendations instead of trying to upsell unnecessary repairs or make me spend more money. His advice felt genuine and focused on what was best for me. It’s rare to find that level of honesty and customer care these days. I felt more like I was getting help from a family member than dealing with a business. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for trustworthy service and straightforward advice.

Highly Recommend Lucy’s Auto Center! I recently brought my car into Lucy’s Auto Center for an inspection and couldn’t be happier with the service. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely generous with his time. He walked me through everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the condition of the vehicle, no upselling, just honest advice. The team did an excellent job overall, and I felt completely welcomed from the moment I walked in. Their attention to detail and friendly, professional approach made what could have been a stressful experience really positive. If you’re looking for a trustworthy auto shop with great service and a caring owner, look no further. Lucy’s Auto Center is the real deal I’ll definitely be back!
I recently had my 2015 Toyota Yaris serviced by Avo and the Lucy Auto team. My insurance didn’t want to pay for the damages of a car crash that I wasn’t at fault for, and Avo helped me immensely in getting the insurance company to pay up! He personally contacted the company, helped me figure out how to best fight the claim, and in the end, I saved $1000s of dollars on my repair because he cared. He got independent consultants to confirm what part of the airbag system was at fault, and he was super communicative and courteous. He was up front about the costs and time it would take, and he did it right. I haven’t had issues with the airbag in the month since he repaired it, and couldn’t be more grateful. On top of all of this, he even remembered me as a previous customer, as I had come in more than a year ago for a car inspection for a car I wanted to purchase, and he was similarly courteous and helpful. Avo has been in the industry for decades, I couldn’t trust anybody more for my car repairs. He’s honest, super smart, and really cares.
Just got my 60K full service done at Lucy’s…(i’ve been coming here since I firs got my car) and I trust Mr Avo and his team completely. He cuts through the BS and wants to genuinely help everybody as much as he can. I’m glad I found this place and will continue to come here for my auto service needs.
