I’m extremely grateful to Affordable Comfort Heating and Cooling (ACHC) for taking such great care of my parents when their furnace needed to be fixed back in November 2025. At that time my dad was in the hospital, and ACHC was able to find a difficult part to get them back up and running. My Dad has since passed, and the furnace needed replacement. First call was to ACHC. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress‑free. The staff and service team were extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The work was done promptly; the price was genuinely affordable and knowing that my mom was taken care of meant everything to me. Called and they were literally here in 15 minutes to help us cause our heat quit working. Kyle came and fixed it ran for a a week and called back he came right out again. We knew that our furnace was old he told us he could fix it but it might not be the part it needs cause it was electrical so we decided it was time to get a new furnace. He was there the next day and installed it . Thank you Kyle for helping us out so quickly. Very grateful
The person that originally answered the phone call was very polite pleasant and very helpful. She sent Kyle to perform the maintenance on my furnace as my furnace is not working properly. He was phenomenal. He was very detailed and explaining what was wrong very assertive And knowledgeable on what Was needed he was not pushy. He did not upsell and gave excellent customer service. Thanks guys. i’d also like to mention their price was their price they did our price gouge. It was fair and very affordable.
Would highly recommend this wonderful team! Had an issue with my old AC unit. Was able to replace both my AC and furnace at a reasonable price. They updated my water heater exhaust at the same time to bring it up to code. All services came with warranties. Had a small issue later within the warranty time period, and they were quick to respond and come out to fix the issue. Very friendly, helpful, and considerate of our needs.
