Buyer beware. Communication horrible with this company. Purchased the yearly maintenance package for both of my HVAC units for $498. They were easy to get ahold of and get a response from until I paid them. Took multiple messages to schedule an appointment. Finally, scheduled something on a Friday for Patrick to show up from 1-3pm and took off work to do so. Waited until 3pm and no one showed up. Tried calling, texting, and emailing with no answer or response. At 6:15pm, I finally get an email saying he got caught up at another job and he’ll fit me in for next week. Not even the common courtesy to call or text me while I was waiting all day for him. After their lack of respect for my time, I decided to ask for my money back and go with a more reputable company. He agreed to refund my money and I asked him to approve the refund through PayPal by responding to them and once again got no response. Luckily, PayPal sided in my favor and refunded me the money, but took longer than it should have because of the poor service and communication. If you decide to use this company, pay with PayPal so you can easily get your money back if you find yourself in a similar situation as me.
We hired Patrick and his team when our furnace unexpectedly stopped working during extremely cold weather. Despite their busy schedule, they prioritized our job and replaced our furnace quickly, ensuring our home remained warm and safe. From start to finish, their service was excellent. The quote was accurate with no hidden fees or price gouging—just honest, dependable work. They were professional, efficient, and made sure to leave everything clean and tidy once the job was done. We were so impressed with their work that we plan to hire them again for annual maintenance and to replace our air conditioning unit in the future. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend! I worked with Patrick. He was able to make it out to me the same day and fix my HVAC issue within minutes. He even took a picture of my rooftop setup for me as a courtesy.
I had my furnace go out on one of the coldest days this year! Long story short, a gentleman named Patrick came out and fixed the problem. He was quick and very friendly and respectful. He also beat a few quotes for the work I needed done. I would highly recommend.
Pat at Chicago Heating & Cooling is our savior. Our furnace went out on a night where the temps were down to 18. Pat was responsive and out first thing in the morning and got everything running again. Needed a new inducer fan. Quick polite and the price is right. I’ll be calling Pat again for sure.
