My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. I did want to point out that there wasn’t a tv in the bedrooms. Not a big problem or anything but my son was disappointed that he couldn’t hook up his Xbox in the bedroom, he just had to wait until we went to bed and he could hook it up in the living room. Also I didn’t realize at the time of booking, but the pool was only 3 ft deep. The kids did enjoy the pool area but it wasn’t really convenient for actual swimming. They did enjoy the game area and the gym equipment. The area was also very nice and the Biscuit Belly was a big hit along with some coffee shops that were in walking distance. We had no problems whatsoever and the hosts were very nice. I would highly recommend their place to stay
This is the way to go over a hotel. A furnished apartment with a kitchen and washer / dryer in the unit. They even had tide pods for the washer! Apart from the apartment, its location was perfect. Walkable to restaurants. Went for a weekend / business meeting. I’d definitely stay there again. Unfortunately I did not take pictures to attach to this review, but I assure you that those posted online when booking are accurate. I appreciate how easy this was!

I had a great stay at CozySuites in downtown Pittsburgh. Everything was very easy to find and in the heart of the city. I also got prompt responses from the host and was able to get help for anything I needed. I would recommend booking with them and would book with them again in the future.
I really enjoyed my stay in this home and would book again. It was cozy and the location was awesome! A few things that would have made my stay better - TVs in all the bedrooms and a few more seats in the living room OR the basement living room. We couldn't all sit together and process all the wonderful things we experienced!
Overall good however it was not similar to a hotel stay in terms of comfort. Towels were new and had not been washed before as they left fabric all over me and my clothes when using them. Bed was not comfortable at all, way to soft and bouncy and pillows were all too soft with no support.
