It was an awesome experience from when I first called the company through the job completion. The project manager came when scheduled to evaluate our needs. The company sent reminder texts and emails for the appointment. The project manager called when he was on his way. Cost estimates and options were emailed shortly after the project evaluation. We were able to talk about the options with the project manager while he was still at our house. The two boiler installers showed up when scheduled and did an excellent job over two days as scheduled. They were professional and very friendly. They worked well together. The installation is very clean. They ran new plumbing around boiler and cleaned up the existing plumbing they needed to connect to. I couldn’t be happier with the installation.
We had our hot water tank replaced today, as it was old and could have started leaking at any time. Bill and Matt did an excellent job with the removal of the old one, installation of the new one, explaining everything I need to know about the new hot water tank…I would give the two of them at A+! Just a few days earlier, we had our furnace checked and tuned up. V&E Hann folks are excellent and reliable. I highly recommend them!

Joe Munoz was very thorough with his replacement of our shower mixing valve and faucet handle. He also noted where we could save time and money in the future pre-ordering the cartridge for the Moen shower handle he installed. Very professional and frankly, just fun to talk with during the repair. Highly recommend him and this company for your plumbing needs.
We are very lucky today. We got a super hero here named Derek who jumped onto our roof and spent the required time to learn about all the issues we are experiencing in this building. There are five compressors up there and he's fix and/or diagnosed our issues with expertise and common sense. We applaud this company to have hire such a kind and empathetic individual who cares about people who are hot.
Bill & Matt were great. They answered ALL my questions (& I had lots). New boiler looks great. Can’t say anything long term bc it’s only days old but I don’t have to worry about my 40+yo one anymore. Also, while they were here, had a plumbing problem, which Bill handled on the spot. Also, Bill discovered the reason they has always been a temp difference between 1st & 2nd floors: several radiators had no vent on them. As a layman, I had no idea this was an issue. Can’t say enough good things about them both, especially Bill who had to deal with me the most. He always made time for me & explained everything until he was sure I understood.
