I was extremely happy with this company. Everything from the estimate to the complete install of the furnace and A/C went smoothly. Keith and John were very respectful of me, our property and even the dogs. The weather was so cold and windy and they still worked through the install without hesitation. I could not be more satisfied.
Hot Water Boiler Tune-Up. Jeff P performed my HW Boiler Service which was the free with my annual home plan contract. He checked about 22 items which included cleaning the ignition, checking CO levels around the furnace and showed me photos of the condition of manifold. Verifying that there are no CO leaks is reassuring. I purchased the annual plan to get a discount on past and future planned plumbing projects. The Tune-up is an added bonus.

So up until they got impatient and started demanding full payment before the job was 100% and actually pass final inspection Below review applied But as soon as they wanted the last 6000 dollars on a 30000 dollar job They didn’t give to hoots about where the house was regarding construction They came in unannounced slapped in mixed colored vent covers Cut based molding to make grills fit without making sure the carpenter was finished and don’t give to hoots that all the vent covers have to be removed for painting and finishing of drywall I’ve been the construction industry for 20 years now as a master electrician I don’t think I ever demanded final payment till final inspection was completed on a job And I don’t think I ever trimmed out house before house was completed and trim out ready without having to remove my switches and outlets so they don’t get painted Yes I held back one thousand dollars and filled a complaint with code enforcement Once the house is completed and all the finish work is uninstalled and reinstalled at a cost to me We will pay the final thousand dollars But mark my words the unprofessionalism over the last 6k and the finishing of the job caused me to change my original review Aight aight aight Dan Dan Dan oh Dan is the man oh Dan Dan Dan oh Dan is the man. This company has a fantastic customer service structure. Everyone in the office is extremely efficient, professional and pleasant. The one blemish during my experience was the technician named Derek L. He was very unpleasant, smug, rude and left my home with a process unfinished. He acted like he hates his job. He also failed to walk me through his work before he left. Derek provided a lot of good information, but it was all oral and difficult to remember... specifically how to perform one of the maintenance steps that he recommended. He also placed multiple company-name stickers on my appliances, including the water heater, which he did not touch or service. (Taking credit for something he did not do) As a result of his visit, I had to request a followup visit to complete the work. During that visit, Kahlil was very pleasant, efficient and patient. He provided the required information and completed the unfinished work from the first visit. Suggestion: perhaps the technicians could provide a basic, written list of recommended maintenance tips at the end of the service call, rather than verbally stating a list which is important, but difficult to remember.
