I had a big leak in the condenser and the guys found and fixed it immediately. Didn’t try to sell me anything and were very knowledgeable. Also the price was cheaper than some of the big box service calls and actually included diagnostics. Love that this is a family owned and operated local business. Will be using them for all future hvac needs.
I have had many experiences with J&J Mechanical, and they have all been extremely positive. They are all super knowledgeable, and they do a great job coming quickly in emergency situations. They have always done a great job, whether on the front end with installation (they installed all of our heating and cooling when we built our house), or with maintenance and repair. Jason and his crew are wonderful, honest people. Highly recommend.

In the past, we had a local company come out to figure out an issue we were having with our HVAC system, and instead of really diagnosing the problem, they immediately tried to sell us a brand-new unit and told us ours were bad. Thankfully, J&J Mechanical was referred to us by our realtor. We called them, and they came all the way to Portland, quickly found the actual issue, and fixed it right away. We’ve used J&J Mechanical ever since. Many years later, when we truly did need a new unit, they were fast, professional, and honest from start to finish. They are good, reliable people who genuinely care about their customers. Even Pat, who keeps everything running smoothly, is wonderful to work with. And you couldn’t ask for a better person than Jason. It’s hard to find honest HVAC companies these days, but J&J Mechanical has earned our trust for years, and we highly recommend them to anyone needing heat pump, HVAC, or repair work done.
