Easy self check in - not a long wait before experienced practitioner came in for the office visit. Ms. Russell was very polite and listened with detail. We discussed the recommended treatment plan and agreed. A very pleasant office staff and helpful.
First visit with new physician, very thorough and efficient. Lost my doc of many years due to insurance changes and was nervous about finding a new one. Very happy with Dr Burns.
Katrina helped me with my first pap & a few other things this week. She made the experience a lot less uncomfortable than I came in expecting. Straightforward and informative without confusing, medical terminology. Thank you. Also such an amazing team of women up front to help get everything facilitated. They always make everything so easy.

This place used to be great years ago but has gone extremely downhill and I encourage you find a doctor elsewhere. I’ve had good experience with their doctors, but they have an insane turnover rate and they don’t notify you when your PCP leaves. They don’t communicate, the office manager won’t take calls or call you back (is just conveniently on a meeting every?). This is the fourth time I’ve waited 2+ weeks for a medication pre auth that I’ve been on for years and it feels like I’ll never get it. If you care about your health, go elsewhere.
It took an hour to wait for someone to draw blood work. Every visit for the past four years was with a different provider. The provider felt like he was in a rush on the most recent visit. I’ve been having bloody mucus for a week. He said he would prescribe an oral steroid if the inhaled steroid was too expensive but never followed through. As an ER nurse I can see why people decide to avoid the proper channels in this country. Primary care is where quality healthcare with continuity of care is supposed to live. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately I have not been satisfied with my visits.
