Excellent experience! The staff was friendly and professional, and the doctor took the time to listen, answer my questions, and explain everything clearly. I felt genuinely cared for and never rushed. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for quality, compassionate healthcare.
I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years, but I am very disappointed with the recent decline in care. Unfortunately, my husband and I felt that Dr. Gehring’s level of attention and personal connection changed significantly over time. It reached a point where wenno longer felt like a patient under her care, but rather a subject for medication testing. After two decades of loyalty, the lack of personal recognition and quality care has made it necessary for us to leave.

I was a happy patient for 8 years but no more. Under the new management of Colorado physician partners they no longer care about their patients. I have a $600 bill for standard bloodwork for my annual physical—which is free under my insurance plan—and the manager hasn’t returned my call in a week. (I'm adding this after seeing their response below, which is another example of their poor client service. The problem is that you haven't returned my call. Why would you respond to me by asking me to 'reach out to us directly so we can make this right'? Did you actually read my post? If you did, and you were sincere, you would call me back. Or is that just some AI auto response?)
She is the BEST PCP provider I’ve ever seen. Compassionate, smart, dedicated. The world of medicine would be such a better place if we could have more people like her in it.
The medical team is great but they need to increase their support staff. My insurance required a referral from my primary care and I already had a referral from my surgeon for a spinal injection. I went in and after the visit found it would take up to seven days for the referral to be transferred for the procedure. I am in pain and until they forward the referral I can’t even schedule the injection. My surgeon had the referral from his end before I left his office. That is a 15 minute task that takes them 7 days, outrageous.
