We just used CS Home Solutions for a variety of smaller tasks/projects around our house which included upgrading a one car garage space to a multipurpose type of room. Aaron was the project manager, and from start to finish, all projects were completed absolutely perfectly, exactly what we had in mind. Aaron was always a great communicator and would consistently stop by and check in as the projects were being completed. The owner Steve would also call and check in regarding scheduling. All of the sub contractors were skilled and did great work, cleaned up at the end of each day. I am 100% so glad I found CS Home Solutions and would recommend them! All projects they completed turned out as good or better than imagined. I absolutely will use them again for future home improvement needs!
CS Home Solutions did a great job for us. Steve, Aaron, and the rest of the guys were friendly and professional. We were very pleased with the outcome. They extended the walls at the bottom of the basement steps and added a new door. They textured the walls and primed them so I could paint. Will definitely use them again in the future.

If zero stars was an option, that would be my review. My property management company sends them for maintenance and they have been incredibly unprofessional every single time. They have shown up at different times outside of the appointment days and times without confirmation or notice, they have banged on my door, windows, and blown up my phone more than once, one occasion specifically went on for 45 minutes. I have chronic illnesses so I plan around the times I know i’m physically able to allow people to be observed while working in my home. My final straw was having an employee let themselves into my home at a different time and day of the set appointment. Which is incredibly stupid, because I partake in the second amendment. I was only alerted that someone entered because I have door and window alarms that go off when they are opened even half of an inch. What happened could’ve turned into a tragedy. I feel incredibly unsafe knowing that they work with my property management company and that they know my key lock box code. I will be changing the code and reporting them as soon as possible. Consider if you want your safety and boundaries being respected if you decide to work with this horribly ran company.
I hired CS Home Solutions to perform numerous handyman jobs throughout my home. Initial communication was prompt and response times were reasonable. The rep who came to bid on the job was on time and more importantly, extremely friendly and knowledgable. He answered all of my questions and even provided helpful insights into other repairs I was performing on my own. Finally, the drywall and caulking jobs were executed with perfection. I feel like CS Home Solutions are a bit pricier than other contractors, but I'm happy to pay a little more for reliability and professionalism.
This is my third time using CS Home Solutions and they are the best! I won't go to anyone else. The first project they did had to do with replacing our back door frame. Jeff did such a great job. After two years, the frame still looks wonderful. The second project CS did was installing floating shelves. They turned out so flush and perfect. Jeff did a phenomenal job on-site. Most recently, Jeff came out and helped caulk and clean up my window frame leak. Jeff is always so kind and professional. I always email Steve and he is always on top of it and very responsive. CS has fair pricing as well. I will continue to use CS Home Solutions for future projects!!
