had an excellent experience with Christopher Guardado from Service Genius during our HVAC maintenance visit. Christopher was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect our entire heat pump system. He explained everything he was checking and made sure the system was running properly before leaving. What really stood out was how detailed he was. Christopher pointed out areas in our attic that could affect our system’s efficiency, including low insulation and openings that could allow animals inside. He didn’t pressure us into anything but gave honest recommendations that would help protect our system long term. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. We really appreciate the time he took to educate us and make sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend Christopher and the Service Genius team for anyone needing HVAC service!
Danny came to fix our A/C the morning after it stopped working. He was super helpful, able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly, and very friendly. Also very easy to book online and lots of availability. We will definitely be using their services again!

Great professional company! Everything is super organized, transparent, and they always seem to have someone available in an emergency. We’ve had nothing but a great experience! Raymond was our tech and he’s been so easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable! I always request him when we have an issue or need maintenance. Highly recommend!
My 2 AC units (3& 4 ton) had never been serviced & were pretty dirty & full of foliage. Technician Eddie Soto performed an excellent service (10 stars!) & cleaned them perfectly. Eddie is a great, honest technician & this company has my business forever w/ this technician doing the service! I do need to replace a capacitor in the near future (when I get the xtra $$) & I will be calling for service. Thank you Eddie Soto from Service Genius!
