She is an absolute gem and the definition of exceptional customer service. She was not only knowledgeable and efficient, but also incredibly patient. She took the time to thoroughly understand my needs, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I never felt rushed, she genuinely cared about delivering the best possible experience. Communication was seamless, follow-ups were prompt, and every detail was handled with care and professionalism. My technician Danny was awesome. I’d first like to say I’d give him 6 stars if the feedback would allow me to. He gave great customer service and was able to get my unit up and running with his knowledge and understanding of the problem. Highly recommended tech. Request him for a friendly service and/or troubleshooting appointment. Definitely reminds me of another tech they have that is no longer in the field, Mr. Bonilla. If you need work done and done right the first time, there’s no better person than Danny!

All these five stars reviews make me feel like I’m in the twilight zone. I’m glad others have had positive experience, but it makes me confused why mine has been overwhelmingly negative. It’s been over a month and they still haven’t figured it out yet. Even in LA, being without heat for over a month in winter is rough. The bandaid options/workarounds for warmth aren’t enough and I’m pretty sure I’m currently sick because of being constantly cold for an almost two week period. Not only are they not fixing the issues, but they keep making things worse by creating new damage. In the area near where they’ve been accessing the HVAC they’ve damaged the wall, floorboard, nearest door, and door frame in addition to leaving an unseemly gap by cutting too big of a hole for an air filter. There has been no gameplan shared with me yet for fixing this. They also convinced my landlord that my small one bedroom unit needed an industrial strength unit that sounds like an airplane taking off (there’s no way you can listen to music or watch a movie when this thing is on). This past Saturday they said it was all good to go, then after they left it wouldn’t turn on, and then it randomly turned on two days later, but even though it was on, it wasn’t working correctly. The lack of technical ability is bad enough, but the professional conduct of their crew might be even worse (some have been cool though). One time after I thought they left, they walked in on me changing because they entered without knocking. Another time I told them I was going into the other room to change and one of their workers kept staring at me and I had to tell them to stop. They keep leavings my only outside door open, letting in flies and mosquitoes (I’m already sleeping bad enough, but was woken up this past weekend by a fly landing on my face and repeated mosquito bites), most of them haven’t been closing the toilet lid or washing their hands after going to the bathroom (do what you want in your own home, but I thought this was standard behavior as a guest), and not following my request to not walk with shoes on in the house (they do sometimes cover the floor, but also don’t always walk on the mat they lay out). There’s also been a strange black residue I keep finding around. It cleans up ok off of hard surfaces, but left black streaks on my bedding (I don’t know how it got on my bedding in the first place). I hate how much cleaning up I have to do after they leave. Anyways, it’s still winter and it’s still not fixed.
I had an excellent experience with this AC technician Ray. Our air conditioner wasn’t heating properly, and he quickly found and fixed the issue. He was very professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The price was fair and the quality of work outstanding. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC technician. I’m very happy, Thank you so much Ray.
Eddie Soto from Service Genius came out today for the routine service on my heating and air conditioning system. He was so polite and knowledgeable. I appreciate his thorough work. He was very detailed and explained the work he did and showed me pictures. I recommend this company for any HVAC issues!
