Al and the crew at Gemba Automotivetruly astounded and amazed me with their compassion and willingness to help me and my mother when our situation became so difficult with the new Chevy Avalanche I bought in Phoenix after my Jeep broke down about 70 miles East of Flagstaff the week before Thanksgiving last month. I bought a Chevy Avalanche to tow my Jeep back home to Arkansas, but the day after I bought the Chevy from a private party, the torque converter locked up, rendering the vehicle useless. Al and crew helped me by storing the vehicle at their shop while I searched for a new vehicle. Al even had his crew remove the trailer hitch and installed it on the new Chevy Avalanche I bought days later to replace the one that I’d originally bought. That way, I was finally able to go get my Jeep from Flagstaff to trailer it home! Al and his entire crew were so helpful, understanding and supportive of my mother and I that I was simply amazed at the caliber of people they are at Gemba Automotive! If I lived in the Phoenix area, there’s absolutely nowhere else I would take my truck to for service because they are utterly dependable and honest as the day is long. Al and crew became friends from my experiences with them over the Thanksgiving holiday and beyond, and that is special to me. I will never forget how I was treated there, and Al wouldn’t even take my money for installing the hitch on my new, running Chevrolet Avalanche! I tried to make him take my money, but he said he couldn’t, that my mom and I had been through enough on our trip, and he didn’t want to add to the financial hardship. Now that’s a true gentleman, who values people, not just money. You cannot go wrong by going to Gemba Automotive, whom I consider my friends now.

I had a great experience at gemba automotive they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the situation that I had with my car and they were able to work with me on pricing. I would recommend them to anyone five stars for sure.. thanks Al for helping me out very much appreciated.
From the booking to the service to completion, the experience was outstanding. My husband owned his own business for fifty years and customer service is key. Scot received my car and called to follow up on items to confirm they had been done on the car. Cost was reasonable, service was great! I would highly recommend.
What a wonderful experience I had from beginning to end. I Called and spoke with a gentleman his name was Al. I told him my situation and he thoroughly assisted me. It’s really hard to get that kind of customer service these days. when I went into bring my car he provided full transparency about cost time and what I may expect. I happen to come in with my own parts and I had two issues with my car. They do offer a warranty when you purchase the parts from them, which is awesome. After I dropped my car off, he also offered me a complementary Uber ride back to my apartment. I have never been given the opportunity like that. They also picked me up so that way I can pick up my car. My car was fixed The same day and I am extremely happy with the service. Please don’t second-guess coming into Gemba, You will not regret it. Gemba Automotive is truly a breath of fresh air!! As a woman, finding an auto shop that feels welcoming, kind, and genuinely professional can be rare. But this team absolutely nailed it. Everyone I interacted with was respectful, educational, and made sure I understood exactly what was going on without ever talking down to me. Their staff is the opposite of the typical “intimidating car shop vibe.” They’re warm, honest, not creepy at all, and just all-around good people who clearly care about doing right by their customers. On top of that, their pricing is incredibly reasonable. No surprises, no pressure, just fair and transparent service. I left feeling confident and taken care of, and I will absolutely be back. Highly recommend Gemba Automotive to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop!
